LETTER FROM
THE SCHOOL DIRECTOR

It is with immense pride and pleasure that I present the 3rd edition of the Emerald Heights Intra-School Model United Nations. At Emerald Heights, we believe progress is built not from its most visible heights, but from the depths of its foundation. Development at the root level ensures that opportunity is not confined to the privileged few but extended to those who truly deserve it. “Dhruv - Stillness in a Changing World” gives this philosophy a platform; one which democratizes access to Model UN and debate far beyond the walls of the MUN Lab to each and every student, and strives to stoke the flames of debate and diplomacy within the school. It invokes responsibility, bolsters negotiation, and enhances the leadership prowess of students.

I am certain that the Intra-School EHMUN will succeed in providing delegates a platform; one which allows them to analyse global problems, criticise existing frameworks, and build a future resilient towards the problems of the present.

We look forward to providing this very platform to all of you to form and express your views.

Regards,

Siddharth Singh

Greetings delegates,

It is our distinct honor and privilege to welcome you all to the third edition of The Emerald Heights Intra-School Model United Nations 2026.

As we embark on this journey together, we hope to create an experience that is not only filled with excitement, but also warmth, camaraderie, and memories that stay with us long after the conference ends.

The conference aims to strike a balance between diplomacy and strategy, spontaneity and structure, and competition and cooperation. While the competition may test our skills and determination, the true spirit of The Emerald Heights Intra-School Model United Nations 2026 lies in how we come together, support one another, and celebrate every moment along the way.

This year, we are guided by the theme, ‘Dhruv: A Stillness in a Changing World’. In a world that is constantly moving and evolving, Dhruv reminds us of the importance of having something steady to look towards. It represents our ability to remain grounded amidst change, to stay focused whilst one faces uncertainty, and to find strength in our shared spirit.

Over the next few days, you will not only hone your skills of public speaking and critical thinking, but will also devise new and effective policies and solutions for a sustainable world as you challenge ideas and above all, embrace the spirit of the conference.

As you step into your respective committees, we hope you carry with you not only the ambition to excel, but also the willingness to collaborate, the courage to question, and the humility to learn.

Behind every successful conference is a team working long before the first committee session begins. We extend our gratitude to our mentors, the Organising Committee, and everyone who has contributed their time, effort, and ideas towards bringing this experience to life.

We look forward to seeing you all at the conference and to an experience filled with compelling discussions, spirited debates and unforgettable moments.

Regards,
The Secretariat
